To sell a vehicle to us, you must:

  • The vehicle has not been subject to significant accident damage, written off, or used for illegal purposes unless disclosed

  • Be the legal owner of the vehicle

  • Have the full right to sell the vehicle, free of any undisclosed finance or liens

3. Vehicle Appraisal and Offer

  • We may provide an initial estimate based on the information you provide.

  • Final offers are subject to physical inspection and verification of the vehicle’s condition, documentation, and history.

  • Offers are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Vehicle Inspection

  • The vehicle must be made available for inspection at one of our locations or an agreed-upon site.

  • We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw the offer based on inspection findings.

5. Documentation Required

You must provide:

  • A valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license)

  • Proof of ownership (e.g., logbook)

  • Any finance settlement details (if applicable)

6. Outstanding Finance

  • If your vehicle has outstanding finance, we can settle this on your behalf.

  • Any shortfall between the offer and the settlement amount must be paid by you before the transaction can be completed.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment will be made via bank transfer within 24-48 hours of completion of all paperwork and acceptance of the vehicle.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect banking details provided by you.

8. Warranties and Representations

You confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • The vehicle has not been subject to significant accident damage, written off, or used for illegal purposes unless disclosed

  • The mileage is accurate, and the odometer has not been tampered with

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, special, or consequential damages

  • Any losses resulting from false or misleading information provided by you

10. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to complete any transaction at any time without liability if:

  • Fraud is suspected

  • You breach these Terms

  • Legal or regulatory issues arise

12. Amendments
